Terms of Service
-
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of pricing and are subject to a site survey where required. Acceptance of a quotation confirms agreement to the specified scope of works and these terms and conditions.
-
The quotation covers only the equipment, materials and labour expressly listed. Any additional works, alterations or unforeseen requirements will be discussed with the customer and may incur additional charges, subject to agreement before the work proceeds. -
All equipment supplied will be as specified in the quotation or an agreed equivalent. Manufacturer warranties apply subject to their terms and conditions. Equipment availability and lead times may change without notice.
-
A 50% deposit is required at a minimum of 2 weeks prior to work commencing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final balance is payable upon practical completion of the installation. Late payments may be subject to applicable statutory interest and recovery costs where legally permitted.
-
The customer must provide safe, clear and reasonable access to the installation areas, electrical supplies and any relevant external locations. Delays caused by restricted access, site conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in additional costs, which will be agreed with the customer where possible.
-
Unless expressly included, the quotation excludes additional electrical upgrades, consumer unit modifications, building works, plastering, decorating, structural alterations, scaffolding, specialist access equipment and making good beyond the work specifically described.
-
The quotation assumes that existing structures, electrical supplies and services are suitable for the proposed installation. Additional work required due to concealed pipework, cables, structural obstructions, asbestos or other unforeseen conditions will be quoted separately before proceeding, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.
-
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary landlord, freeholder, planning, building management or other third-party permissions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The customer must disclose any known site hazards and ensure pets, occupants and belongings are kept clear of the working area.
-
Any changes to the agreed specification or scope of works must be agreed before implementation. Additional labour, materials, equipment or return visits resulting from customer-requested changes or unforeseen site conditions may incur additional charges.
-
All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable UK legislation, relevant safety requirements and manufacturer instructions. Refrigerant handling and commissioning will be undertaken in accordance with applicable F-Gas requirements and other relevant regulations.
-
On completion, the system will be tested and commissioned as appropriate to the installation. Operating instructions and relevant documentation will be provided where applicable. The customer is responsible for following manufacturer guidance regarding operation, cleaning and routine maintenance.
-
Any applicable manufacturer warranty will be subject to the manufacturer’s conditions, including any registration and maintenance requirements. AirCore Solutions will address defects in its own workmanship in accordance with applicable contractual and statutory obligations. Damage, faults or failures caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or inadequate maintenance may be excluded from warranty cover where legally permitted.
-
Unless expressly included, the quotation does not include ongoing maintenance, servicing, filter cleaning, refrigerant leak checks beyond applicable legal requirements, or future repairs. We recommend maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance and any applicable statutory requirements.
-
Installation dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not be responsible for delays caused by supplier shortages, equipment availability, severe weather, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will keep the customer informed and arrange a revised date where necessary.
-
Cancellation, rescheduling and any applicable charges will be handled in accordance with the agreed contract and applicable law. Where a contract is concluded at a customer’s home, online or by telephone, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Any request to begin work during a statutory cancellation period must be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights.
-
AirCore Solutions will take reasonable care to protect the property while carrying out the works. The customer must identify any known concealed services or hazards before work begins. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and applicable consumer rights.
-
Any concerns regarding the installation should be reported to AirCore Solutions as soon as reasonably practicable so that we have an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the issue. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections applicable to the customer.
-
Acceptance of the quotation confirms agreement to the stated scope of works, price, payment schedule and these terms and conditions, subject to any applicable statutory rights and requirements.
